Eight 45-minute Bi-Weekly Education & Support Sessions
We will create a personalized plan via Zoom or phone call that gives you clear guidance on how to plan out your meals and what exercises will work for you. We will talk together and break down what's been getting in your way so you can overcome those hurdles and have a real breakthrough.
Lists and Worksheets
Printable resources will be sent to you after each session that help you complete the objectives discussed during our calls.
Accountability and Unlimited Email Support
I will reach out to you in-between sessions to check in and ask about your progress with each session's assignment. Got questions? Need feedback? You will be able to contact me and ask me anything. I will respond as soon as possible.
